HOW SESSIONS WORK
There are two types of sessions:
90-Minute Productivity Sessions
120-Minute Focus Sessions
All sessions have a GoGoDone Host to welcome you and help introduce you to other community members.
Productivity Sessions are 25 minutes on with two 5-minute brain breaks.
Focus sessions are two 50-minute work sessions with one longer 10-minute break.
We connect, then mute and get to work!
