HOW TO MOVE FROM PROCRASTINATION TO VICTORY
Is there something you’ve always wanted to do but never manage to start? Do you have a project that you’re dragging your feet on? Or maybe one that you never seem to have time for?
GoGoDone Project Sprint is a two-week intensive to get you moving on that important but neglected project. You’ll spend, at a minimum, 16 focused hours on your project.
If you’re not already putting at least 8 hours a week (1/5th of a typical work week) on your most important work, now is the time to change that pattern.
HOW WE MAKE REAL, GENUINE PROGRESS
Want to increase your satisfaction with your progress by 166% and decrease your level of procrastination by 60%? That's what happened with the last group of sprinters. Here's how we did it.
You’ll work virtually on Zoom with a geographically and vocationally diverse team of other high-achievers who are ready to take big leaps forward on an important project. We meet for two hours a day in a GoGoDone Focus-style session, Monday through Thursday, for two weeks.
The format of a GoGoDone Focus Session is:
1. Break out into small groups to work for just under an hour.
2. Take a short break with structured questions to refresh and connect with your virtual co-workers.
3. Finish with another hour of work
4. Return to the main group for a status report (and possible victory dance).
After each sprint day is an optional mastermind. Participants can volunteer to be in the "hot seat" on a first come first-served basis. Those who can stay become an amazing brain trust to work on the question or issue of your choice.
All of the time spent in the sprint is related to your project, so using GoGoDone Project Sprint during work hours, likely makes sense if your project is a work project.
Structure + Community = Progress
We have a tendency to get swallowed up by "busy." We spend our days being reactive rather than proactive. This sprint will provide the structure and protected time for you to work as highly productive people do:
1. Intentional planning and prioritization
2. Periodic reflection for mission creep and lessons learned
3. Masterminding ideas with a diverse group to uncover innovation
4. The magic focus that happens to us humans when someone else is in the room (even a virtual one)
Working in a committed group is not only good for productivity but for connection. And we show up for connection. Sometimes our projects are isolating and we don't feel like we have anyone on our side. That's the big part of what working in community is for. For supporting one another and having each other's best interests at heart.
Part of being a community is contributing to your community. All participants will contribute by co-hosting a focus session, mastermind or contributing something else of their choosing.
