How It Works

Everyone knows how to do it the "right" way. Yet few of us do.


It takes extra time and energy to plan, reflect, and create structure. Not to mention finding an accountability buddy or two. Why not outsource that to me? I will guide ou through:

NOTE: These are group sessions. Your behavior affects the whole group. Thus all members are expected to show up on time and attend all sessions. If you can't protect your schedule - that's okay! It's hard. But now you know what to hurry up and work on so you can join us!
